Position: Sales Manager – Asset Finance and Motor Finance
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team specializing in Motor and Asset finance. Our company provides businesses with tailored working capital solutions and asset finance facilities to support growth, investment in technology and equipment, and alleviate cash constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce our product suite to potential clients
- Cultivate a personal sales pipeline and achieve individual sales targets
- Foster enduring relationships with potential customers
- Articulate well-structured finance applications to underwriters or external funders
- Leverage marketing initiatives to enhance new business acquisition and elevate service quality
- Align with defined KPIs and performance standards
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders, businesses, and partners to boost brand recognition
- Identify niche growth opportunities within the region
- Effectively utilize CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with relevant teams to execute the sales strategy
- Uphold the values of the organization in all interactions
Compliance, Training & Development:
- Stay current with relevant compliance regulations
- Complete mandatory training courses as required
- Lead by example in upholding conduct rules
- Identify and endorse relevant training opportunities
Experience:
As a Sales Manager, you will report to a relevant team member, driving new business in your designated region through diverse product and solution.

Although the position is home-based, your participation in internal and external meetings, networking events, and gatherings may be necessary.

Salary:
The base salary starts from £27,000 per year and can be negotiated based on experience.
The generous commission structure allows you to earn between £60,000 to £150,000 per year depending on your drive and ambition.
