We are committed to providing exceptional talent solutions to our clients, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to identify and engage with potential candidates, assisting in the successful fulfilment of live vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements and specifications of live vacancies.
• Utilise various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates from channels such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Internal databases, and Professional networking.
• Conduct thorough research to identify candidates who match the qualifications, skills, and aspirations required for the role.
• Screen CVs using our internal candidate profile questionnaire to assess suitability for open positions.
• Act as a vital link between candidates and the recruitment team, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary, up to £25,000 per year.
• Generous commission of £50 per placement with no threshold. (paid monthly in arrears)
