Package Details:

• Basic Salary: £35,000 per annum
• Monthly Bonus: Earn 10% of any fees generated from your successful candidate placements (paid monthly in arrears).
• Location: Your work will be office-based, and our office in Knutsford offers a wonderful setting.
• Time Off: You’ll enjoy 25 days of annual leave in addition to bank holidays, with 3 additional days reserved for a Christmas shutdown, providing a well-deserved break during the holiday season.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant at 808 Group, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier talent with exceptional opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to comprehensively understand their hiring needs, the company culture, and specific role requirements.
• Utilising a variety of resources, such as databases, online employment platforms, and social media, to attract suitable candidates.
• Crafting compelling job descriptions that resonate with potential candidates.
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with hiring managers regarding candidate feedback and progress.
• Conducting thorough interviews and assessing applicants to ensure the best match for open positions.
• Handling paperwork for new hires with efficiency and precision.
• Promoting 808 Group as an attractive and reputable employer in the market.

Business Development Responsibilities:

In addition to the core recruitment responsibilities, you will be responsible for driving business development. Your business development responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and cultivating new client relationships, extending our client portfolio.
• Generating leads and pursuing opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
• Pitching our services to potential clients and showcasing how 808 Group can add value to their recruitment needs.
• Developing and implementing strategies to maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with our leadership team to create business development plans and contributing to the growth of the organisation.

Requirements:

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment is required.
• Proven experience in successfully filling roles in the recruitment industry.
• Proficiency in conducting various types of interviews and fact-finding with both clients and candidates.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and proficiency in utilising databases.
• A strategic mindset, capable of designing and implementing effective recruiting and business development strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills to excel in this dynamic role.
