Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and investigations to trace and identify pension accounts associated with clients.
- Utilize our extensive databases, records, and communication channels to gather pertinent information about clients’ previous employers and pension schemes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance through the pension tracing process and explaining each step involved.
- Collaborate with pension providers, government agencies, and other relevant parties to acquire accurate and up-to-date pension information.
- Maintain meticulous records of each case, documenting progress, correspondence, and final outcomes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial services or customer support is advantageous, but not obligatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in research and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
