Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About you:

• You will possess outstanding customer service skills and take pleasure in helping customers by understanding the client requirements and building strong relationships.
• You have awesome problem-solving skills and tailor your approach to each client as in this industry there is no “one size fits all” solution.
• This role does not require any previous experience within the insurance industry as fill training and support will be provided. However, a background in sales would be beneficial.
• You will have a passion and a can-do attitude. Many of the most successful business opportunities have come from team members with a passion for the subject – whether that’s equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, fine art, etc. Loving what you do, means you will be knowledgeable, be able to build rapport quickly and be able to provide clients with the best solution.
• You will be ambitious and want to build a steady career as the company is always on the lookout for internal talent to promote individuals from within. Everyone in a senior role started out as an advisor
